Shipping Policy

Action Point ships on a twice a week schedule with SingPost, and we seek your understanding in calculating the time-frame in which you will receive your orders. In the event that Action Point is unable to fulfill an order placed online entirely, an e-mail will be sent by Action Point staff. The customer has forty eight (48) hours to respond to the e-mail indicating their preference, and in the absence of a reply, a store credit refund for the item in question will be automatically initiated.
